Hello Band Family!
Please sign up to help for our two April Band events - Symphonic Band's CBA Rehearsal, and the All Bands Concert in the Park. We are looking for food donations and volunteers for both events.
Food Donations
We will have a snack break for Symphonic Band during their CBA Rehearsal this Saturday. We are also getting a head start on supplies for our dinner at the Concert at the Park later this month. We need your help to make sure we have enough food to feed our hungry musicians.
Drop off all supplies in the Band Room on Friday, April 18 by 3 p.m. We will provide a cooler. If you need to make other arrangements for drop off, please contact Ellen Stotler at 720-838-6330. Thanks!
Volunteers Needed
April 30 (May 1 if weather delay) - We need a variety of volunteers for the Concert in the Park - help feed all the band kids, hand out t-shirts, stage set up/take down.

Hello Band Family!
The next season of concessions is here! We need 1 manager and 2 helpers per game. As you may already know, the revenue from these games is more than half of our fundraising income each year and benefits ALL band programs. For this reason, each family is responsible to volunteer to work concessions for 3 games per year. (If you were unable to help in the fall, we have plenty of opportunities this spring!) Thank you in advance for your time and support!
Most games are at Halftime Help Stadium - 3270 Redstone Park Cir, Highlands Ranch 80129; some are at Echo Stadium - 11901 Newlin Gulch Blvd, Parker, CO 80134. Please note that locations are listed for every game.
Some reminders:
Community service is available for high school kids 14 and older; all hours must be logged in the Helper/Helper App for credit.
No younger kids are allowed in the concession stand; no exceptions.
Please tie back long hair, wear closed-toed shoes, no jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, or dangly earrings and cover all open wounds.
If you need to cancel your shift within 3 days of the game you are signed up for, please call and/or text the coordinator directly via the phone number listed below.
Wear a Rock Canyon shirt if you have one and have fun bonding with your RCHS Bands Family!
